- SIOTO.AI is a safety app for inflatable and party-rental companies. It gives your crew an AI safety assistant, SIOTO safety guides, checklists and incident reports in one place, on their phones.
- Who is SIOTO.AI for?
- Inflatable and party-rental companies: owners, managers and the crews who set up, run and take down equipment.
- Does it replace the manufacturer's instructions?
- No. SIOTO.AI supports your safety program. The manufacturer's instructions, your insurance requirements and state and local rules always come first.
- Does my crew need to download an app?
- No. It runs in the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer.
- Can crews file incident reports from the job site?
- Yes. A crew member fills in the report on their phone, including the incident address, and a manager can download it as a PDF with your company logo.
- Can we add our own procedures?
- Yes. Add your company's own guides and procedures so every crew follows the same steps, alongside the SIOTO safety guides.
- What equipment does it cover?
- Today the guides and checklists focus on inflatables. SIOTO is adding material for dunk tanks, mechanical rides and foam parties.
Pricing and plans
- How much does SIOTO.AI cost?
- $79 a month per company, with a 14-day free trial. There are no per-seat fees.
- How many people can use it?
- Your whole company, with no per-seat fees. The AI assistant includes up to 1,000 questions a month per company.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Cancel anytime during your 14-day trial and you won't be charged. After that it's month to month.
- When can my company sign up?
- SIOTO.AI opens to new companies soon. Leave your contact info on the site and we'll reach out the day it opens.
SIOTO and certification
- Who is behind SIOTO.AI?
- SIOTO, the Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization, which provides online safety training and certification for inflatable rental and event operators at sioto.com.
- Is SIOTO.AI the same as SIOTO certification?
- No. SIOTO certification courses are taken at sioto.com. SIOTO.AI is the on-the-job app your crew uses after training, with answers, guides, checklists and incident reports.

- Who can see our incident reports?
- Only people on your company's team. Each company's reports and procedures are kept separate.
